Who We Are

Richard A. Knopf is the corporation president. Dick is a 45-year fire service veteran, having retired after serving as Fire Chief for 30 years in four cities located in Michigan and Texas. Dick’s experience includes every aspect of municipal fire and EMS service, as well as extensive work in the information technology and executive hiring fields. RAK inc. has provided various consulting services across the USA.

Associates are professionals who have served in all levels of municipal and corporate administration. Associates are matched to each activity considering their experience and the nature of the assignment. Dick Knopf is the principle on all projects.
